Responsibilities

• Lead in the growth and development of the financial modelling team [In Country]
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring and development of models.
• Discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model.
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team
• Develop and inspire a market-leading team
• Instill a collaborative, high‑performing culture
• Lead in the growth of the financial modelling practice [In country]
• Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Respected leader within the financial modelling sector.
• In‑depth understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance or Financial Planning concepts.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts; accounting qualification beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience building and operating financial models using Excel.
• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
