Role

We are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team in [Region]. The role will involve establishing and leading the growth of the Gridlines business within [Insert Region].

Responsibilities

Operations

• Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team in [Country]
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Sector‑leading expertise in Project Finance.
• [10+] years of relevant experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognised advisory practice.
• An in‑depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
• Recent hands‑on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions.
• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
