This role supports 12 individuals who live independently in Hastings town centre. You will provide daily support, including meal preparation, cleaning, medication management and personal care. You will also encourage independence and participation in social activities such as arts and crafts, theatre outings, shopping trips, holidays and community events.

Hours
Shift patterns vary from long days to short shifts between 7:00‑21:00. Night shifts 21:00‑7:15 and 21:00‑7:00. Staff are required to work at least every other weekend.

About You
You are professional, flexible and eager to make a positive impact. You possess empathy, compassion, emotional resilience, strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities and can work both independently and as part of a team. You can work in the UK and are not seeking sponsorship.

Qualifications and Experience
You have experience in roles such as Residential Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Caregiver, Social Care Worker, Community Support Worker, Disability Care, Mental Health Support Worker, Care Assistant or Assisted Living Support.
