As we accelerate our growth from £10m+ in Annual Recurring Revenue, we are seeking a visionary and driven VP of Sales to lead our commercial efforts and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

The Role This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a hands‑on sales leader to make a significant impact.

As the VP of Sales, you will be a "player‑coach," responsible for both leading and mentoring a small, talented sales team and for personally driving high‑value strategic partnerships.

You will be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategy, with a focus on a true partnership‑led, collaborative sales approach to close large, impactful deals on a regular basis.

You will work closely with marketing to drive a significant sales pipeline and with customer success to expand our footprint within existing clients.

Staying informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and policy developments will be critical to informing and adapting our business strategy in a rapidly evolving low‑carbon landscape.

Your primary individual focus will be on securing and growing strategic partnerships with major Facilities Management companies across the UK, a critical channel for our continued expansion.
