As the Enterprise Account Executive for our Data Foundation team, you are the spearhead for MuleSoft and Informatica in Poland. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s a mission to build the "central nervous system" for Poland’s most influential enterprises.
You will operate as a proven hunter within a "scale-up" environment, backed by the global power of Salesforce. Your goal: drive net-new logo acquisition and strategic cross-sell, positioning our unified Data Foundation as the bedrock for AI + Data + CRM transformations.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Dominance: Build and execute a sophisticated territory plan for Poland, consistently delivering against high-growth ACV and consumption targets.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: Convert whitespace into active opportunities. You will own the full cycle - from cold-opening Tier-1 accounts through executive networking to orchestrating multi-million-euro closures.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Synergy: Master the "Power of One." Co-sell with Salesforce Core AEs, aligning Data Foundation (MuleSoft & Informatica) to the broader Salesforce Customer 360 vision.
- Strategic Value Selling: Lead complex, value-based sales cycles. You won’t just sell tools; you will challenge the status quo, lead with insights, and translate technical capabilities into board-level strategic outcomes.
- FSI Specialist: Navigate the complex buying centers of Poland’s Banking, Insurance, and Fintech sectors. You will align our technology with regulatory drivers, Open Banking, and core-banking modernization.
- Orchestration: Act as the "CEO of your territory," aligning Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to ensure customer success and deal momentum.
- The Track Record: at least 8 years of enterprise software sales with a hunter's DNA. You have a documented history of opening new accounts and overachieving multi-million-euro quotas in growth markets.
- Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of integration/API trends (REST, event-driven, Microservices) and how they fuel AI and digital agendas. Knowledge of MuleSoft/ Informatica or adjacent middleware/data clouds is highly valued.
- FSI Deep-Dive: Significant experience selling to Tier-1 and Tier-2 Polish banks. You are comfortable navigating risk committees, procurement, and compliance frameworks within the Polish financial ecosystem.
- Salesforce Savvy: Experience co-selling or competing within the Salesforce ecosystem is a major plus. You understand how Data Foundation underpins AI Cloud and Data Cloud.
- The Consultant: You are a value-based seller who can sit with a CIO or Head of Digital and map business pain to technical ROI/TCO justifications.
- Language: Native-level Polish and fluent Business English are essential for C-suite engagement.
- Mindset: You thrive in "scale-up" contexts—autonomous, resourceful, and capable of building structure where none exists.
