Job Description
We are currently partnering with multiple leading alternative asset managers looking for candidates with experience of either equities or fixed income trading to join growing teams.
The roles are broad and hands on. , Deeply embedded in growing businesses. The roles involve working closely with investment and non-investment teams, driving automation, shaping policies, and advising on varied applicable regulation.
What you’ll do
- Provide real-time advice to front-office and support teams on UK, EU, and US regulations.
- Assess and implement new regulations, ensuring the business stays ahead of regulatory change.
- Review and improve surveillance systems and controls
- Shape the compliance culture through policies, manuals, and training programs.
- Support the delivery of regulatory reports and disclosures across multiple jurisdictions.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in advisory or regulatory compliance, ideally within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank.
- In-depth understanding of UK, EU, and US regulatory frameworks, with proven practical application.
- Strong knowledge of either equities or fixed income trading.
