Grid Hosting Ltd is a UK-based hosting and data center company with 15+ years of industry presence. We’re profitable, breaking even, and now scaling aggressively with two sister projects: TheEmailShop.co.uk & ServerColocation.uk. We’re now entering our next growth phase and seeking a Co-Founder/Partner with strong fundraising and finance expertise to help us secure investment and accelerate expansion.
Your Role
- Lead fundraising strategy (£100k–£500k) from angel investors, VCs & strategic partners.
- Build investor relations and represent Grid Hosting in funding discussions.
- Advise on financial growth strategy & capital allocation.
You Are
- Experienced in raising funds for startups or tech companies (SaaS/Hosting a bonus).
- Well-connected in investor/advisor networks.
- A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
