We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to lead the development of next‑generation, AI‑enabled tooling within our Production Management division. This is a strategic position for a technical leader who wants to drive a multi‑year digital transformation, implement engineering best practices, and build resilient, automated systems within a highly complex, critical, and multi‑disciplinary environment. Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and build AI‑enabled web applications to streamline incident management, perform predictive analysis, and automate root cause analysis (RCA).
- Modernize Engineering: Lead the adoption of GitOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform) to foster a culture of transparency and operational excellence.
- Drive Reliability: Optimize large‑scale, mission‑critical systems using Kubernetes, Istio (service mesh), and Kafka, ensuring high availability in a global, regulated landscape.
- Influence & Coach: Act as a technical mentor, identifying and eliminating anti‑patterns while driving the adoption of Agile frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban) across a cross‑disciplinary organization.
