Responsibilities
- Support digital storefronts by providing language, cultural, and market expertise specific to the United Kingdom.
- Use statistical and computational methods to identify patterns in large datasets.
- Build dashboards, scripts, and workflows to streamline evaluation reporting.
- Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights.
- Develop dataset criteria and construct adversarial and stress-test datasets.
- Design evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced safety criteria, ensuring fidelity to safety policies.
- Contribute to the development of automated evaluation pipelines for large-scale model output analysis.
Requirements
- Native British English speaker (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience working with UK slang and colloquial language.
- Proficiency in SQL.
