We're seeking a Safety Insights Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of AI safety evaluation.

This role offers flexibility— work hybrid from London or fully remote within the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital storefronts by providing language, cultural, and market expertise specific to the United Kingdom.
  • Use statistical and computational methods to identify patterns in large datasets.
  • Build dashboards, scripts, and workflows to streamline evaluation reporting.
  • Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights.
  • Develop dataset criteria and construct adversarial and stress-test datasets.
  • Design evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced safety criteria, ensuring fidelity to safety policies.
  • Contribute to the development of automated evaluation pipelines for large-scale model output analysis.

Requirements

  • Native British English speaker (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience working with UK slang and colloquial language.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, Num Py, Jupyter, etc.).
  • Experience with Tableau.
  • Hands‑on experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong ability to translate qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights.
  • Willing to work up to 8 pm UK time.
