We are seeking a Python Developer to join a strategically vital Structured Notes initiative for a premier global investment bank. You will be responsible for the pricing and booking lifecycle of complex structured products, translating immediate trading requirements into robust, high-performance analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Pricing Logic Implementation: Design and implement core pricing models and booking logic within a front-office framework (moving beyond simple API integration).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Sales, Trading, and Quants to translate complex business requirements into technical and analytical reality.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end flow of structured products, from trade inception through to downstream risk and treasury-related systems.
Requirements
- Expert Python Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, specifically within a front-office pricing, risk, or booking environment.
- Strat/Quant Pedigree: A strong quantitative background or significant experience working closely with Sales/Trading Quants.
- Analytical Independence: The ability to take a task-driven approach, owning complex problems from discussion with stakeholders to final implementation.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the pricing or risk domain.
