Responsibilities
- Utilize native-level proficiency in Canadian English to analyze conversation data.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning teams to provide high-quality data for fraud detection models.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets using Python and emerging data technologies.
- Engineer and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), understanding their capabilities and limitations.
- Develop insights into scam tactics specific to Canada to enhance detection strategies.
- Independently troubleshoot and solve analytical problems within project scopes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, especially with Python.

- Knowledge of current data technologies, methodologies, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
