Grid Dynamics is looking for a Technical Recruiter in our London office. We would like to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and result-oriented person, who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding the best talents. The hiring focus will be on technical roles of Middle and Senior level. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values.

Essential functions:

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions;
  • Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies;
  • Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc;
  • Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS;
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process;
  • Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them;
  • Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;
  • Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience as technical recruiter on local IT market;
  • Proven track record of hiring technical positions;
  • Growing network and visible activity on LinkedIn profile;
  • Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends;
  • High level of self-motivation and proactivity;
  • Flexibility and multitasking;
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to dedicate time for self-education;
  • Ability to work with ATS, recruitment tools and basic analytics.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in banking and fintech;
  • Experience working in a software consultancy or similar services business;
  • Experience from the agency side.
