Grid Dynamics is looking for a Technical Recruiter in our London office. We would like to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and result-oriented person, who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding the best talents. The hiring focus will be on technical roles of Middle and Senior level. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values.
Essential functions:
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions;
- Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies;
- Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc;
- Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS;
- Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process;
- Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them;
- Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;
- Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience as technical recruiter on local IT market;
- Proven track record of hiring technical positions;
- Growing network and visible activity on LinkedIn profile;
- Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends;
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity;
- Flexibility and multitasking;
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills;
- Willingness to dedicate time for self-education;
- Ability to work with ATS, recruitment tools and basic analytics;
- Would be a plus:
- Experience in banking and fintech.
- Experience working in a software consultancy or similar services business.
- Experience from the agency side.
