Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience with DS and ML algorithms. We're looking for someone with experience in RnD as this person will be a part of our RnD department which is responsible for DS/ML projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective solutions
- Utilize your skills in Python/Scala to develop and deploy machine learning models in a production environment
- Work with cloud providers such as AWS/GCP for machine learning, analytics, and data manipulation
- Work on the development and optimization of recommendation systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ML, DS, and model development and deployment
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Scala
- Strong leadership skills with a successful history of leading teams
- Ability to guide and mentor team members to achieve high-quality results
- Experience in working on projects from scratch, building an approach, the architecture, requirements gathering, deep research
- Ability to communicate the work clearly to colleagues and to guide engineers to the right ML solutions to solve problems
