Our client is undergoing a significant period of growth, scaling from approximately £150m with clear aspiration to be pushing through the £500m mark, through both organic expansion and a committed multi-acquisition strategy. They are now seeking an Interim Integrations Director who can play a pivotal role in shaping how newly acquired businesses are absorbed, stabilised, and positioned for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of post-merger integration and corporate carve-out activity. You will be the driving force behind ensuring that acquisitions are integrated efficiently, risks are identified early, and operational continuity is protected. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you will work closely with finance, HR, IT, operations and commercial leaders to design and execute integration plans that are both pragmatic and aligned to strategic objectives.

You will operate confidently at both operational and board level, providing clear reporting, challenging assumptions where needed, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Your ability to translate strategy into structured, actionable integration activity will be critical to success.
