I’m supporting a confidential freelance requirement for an experienced Business Affairs professional with strong exposure to campaign delivery, rights, usage, licensing and production-related contracts. This would suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced marketing, advertising, creative, production or content-led environment and is confident supporting teams on the commercial and contractual side of live projects.
The work will involve:
- Reviewing and managing production-related contracts
- Supporting talent, supplier, freelancer and licensing agreements
- Advising on usage rights, renewals, clearances and commercial risk
