I’m supporting a confidential freelance requirement for an experienced Business Affairs professional with strong exposure to campaign delivery, rights, usage, licensing and production-related contracts. This would suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced marketing, advertising, creative, production or content-led environment and is confident supporting teams on the commercial and contractual side of live projects.

The work will involve:

  • Reviewing and managing production-related contracts
  • Supporting talent, supplier, freelancer and licensing agreements
  • Advising on usage rights, renewals, clearances and commercial risk
  • Working closely with production, creative and finance stakeholders
  • Keeping documentation, approvals and project risk well controlled
  • Helping teams move quickly while protecting the business commercially

Ideal background:
