Our client, a global retailer, is seeking an Experiential Marketing & Events Specialist to join its expanding experiential team, based from their Head Office on the West London / Home Counties border. This role sits within a team dedicated to creating immersive in-store events and digital experiences, combining live activations with digital content to enhance the customer journey across multiple UK locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live events and experiential campaigns from start to finish.
  • Act as the central point of contact for agencies, brand partners, event suppliers, and digital content providers.
  • Manage schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless delivery of all activations.
  • Oversee digital signage and visual content, ensuring all materials are on-brand, up to date, and maximised for impact.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, commercial, and installation teams to deliver engaging and memorable events.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience coordinating events, activations, or experiential campaigns.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience in retail or multi-location environments is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for creating impactful in-store experiences and an eye for both digital detail and experiential engagement.
