I am working on a strictly confidential basis with an established five-star luxury business in Buckinghamshire to appoint an exceptional Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute and brand-led individual to take ownership of sales and marketing strategy for a highly regarded, premium brand. The role will play a critical part in shaping future growth while protecting the integrity, reputation, and positioning of a well-known luxury entity.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the sales and marketing function with full accountability for strategy, performance, and delivery. Your responsibilities will span revenue generation, brand positioning, PR and communications, digital and traditional marketing, partnerships, media, and broader commercial initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
