Interim Head of Commercial Finance Birmingham (Hybrid, 3 days in Birmingham) 12 Months Fixed Term Contract £100/£120,000 per annum This role offers a high-impact leadership position within a business that values agility, ambition, and excellence. As Interim Head of Commercial Finance, you will take full ownership of all commercial elements including M&A, budgeting and forecasting. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role requiring commercial insight and operational execution across a complex, evolving business. Key Responsibilities: Team leadership. Drive commercial finance activity, providing strategic insight and challenge. Manage acquisition accounting and the integration of newly acquired businesses. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure sound financial decision-making across the group. About You: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA). Experience of a multi-site environment. Proven ability to lead in growing change environment. Strong commercial acumen, alongside robust broader finance expertise. A natural self-starter with a calm, assured leadership style.
