As the Group Head of FP&A based in the Midlands you will be responsible for leading the team, driving insight, and partnering to the Executive, Board and through Investor Relations and Shareholders. You will lead the team to both support and challenge the business in its performance.
As the Group Head of FP&A you will play an important role in streamlining existing financial processes, enhancing medium-term financial planning, and ensuring that senior executives have clear insights into business performance. Additionally, as Head of FP&A you will oversee investor presentations, packaging financial information to key internal and external stakeholders.
You will also play a key role in modernising the FP&A function to more forward-looking analytics and decision support. This is a great opportunity to shape the future of FP&A in a successful business undergoing meaningful transformation.
Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the FP&A team
- Deliver insightful management reporting and executive updates
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Support investor presentations and results announcements
- Drive process improvement, automation and business partnering
- For this Group Head of FP&A in the Midlands you must be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Substantial FP&A leadership experience in a PLC is essential
- Expertise in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- A proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive performance insights
- Experience in City presentations and investor briefings
- Experience of driving change including strong automation and process improvement
- Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
