GRG Executive has exclusively partnered with a dynamic international Logistics business, seeking a motivated Head of Commercial Operations & Excellence to oversee the development of their cross-functional Commercial offering globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with growth plans on a global scale! This role can be based in the UK, Germany or Dubai.

Key Duties:

  • Business development support
  • Deal structuring
  • Pricing strategies (Multimodal)
  • Proposal development
  • Product and Service innovation
  • Business insights and commercial analytics
  • Market insights (competitor knowledge)
  • Partner/supplier – legal, contract
  • CRM – ensuring existing CRM is fully utilised

Additional information:

  • Sales Support (including Pricing): Assists all sectors with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and client proposals.
  • Bid & Proposal Management (RFP/RFQ Support): Manages large tenders, proposal writing, and complex pricing models.
  • Commercial Analytics & Performance Reporting: Provides data insights on sales performance, margins, and sector-specific KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Key Accounts: Manages major client relationships, improves retention, and streamlines cross-sector opportunities.
