This role can be based in the UK, Germany or Dubai.
Key Duties:
- Business development support
- Deal structuring
- Pricing strategies – (Multimodal)
- Proposal development
- Product and Service innovation
- Business insights and commercial analytics
- Market insights (competitor knowledge!)
- Partner / supplier – legal, contract
- CRM – ensuring existing CRM is fully utilised.
Additional information:
- Sales Support (including Pricing): Assists all sectors with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and client proposals.
- Bid & Proposal Management (RFP/RFQ Support): Manages large tenders, proposal writing, and complex pricing models.
- Commercial Analytics & Performance Reporting: Provides data insights on sales performance, margins, and sector-specific KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Key Accounts: Manages major client relationships, improves retention, and streamlines cross-sector opportunities
The Ideal Background:
- Strong Multimodal Freight forwarding background
- Strong background of Pricing and other commercial elements of forwarding
- Ability to grow and scale Teams
- Strong Key Account skills and ability to manage senior stakeholder both internally & externally
