You\’ll be a detective, strategist and relationship-builder all rolled into one. This isn\’t your typical researcher role, you\’ll be leading research strategy, managing client relationships, and identifying the leaders who\’ll shape tomorrow\’s businesses. Your day-to-day You\’ll drive research excellence that identifies top-tier talent, working across a range of industries from SMEβs to established multinationals, you\’ll devise and lead research approaches that go way beyond LinkedIn searches. You\’ll map entire industries, spot emerging talent, and build the kind of candidate networks that set us apart. You\’ll build deep client relationships from initial briefings to final presentations, you\’ll be front and centre with our clients. You\’ll champion diversity and create outstanding candidate experiences, every conversation matters. You\’ll make sure our longlists reflect the full spectrum of talent out there, and every candidate – whether they get the role or not – walks away feeling valued and respected. We\’re building relationships for the long-term. You\’ll focus on continuous improvement utilising our inhouse database, research methodologies and market intelligence – you\’ll constantly be thinking about how we can enhance our approach and deliver even better results.
