Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting a Sales Manager for a market leading and exciting business, covering the South West region – selling into the construction sector (B2B sales).

This exciting opportunity will involve developing a new territory and building a sales team and branch for a successful business. The role will involve you being based in Cardiff for approximately the first 4-6 weeks for training (accommodation paid) and then going off and beginning work on building a new sales team and branch in the South West of England region once you’ve been signed off from training.

You will manage the full sales cycle, be responsible for your own diary, build and manage a branch of sales people, and your hard work will be rewarded by an uncapped commission structure.

Duties will include:

  • Generating new business
  • Business Development and Account Management
  • Developing and growing a network, and growing a sales pipeline
  • Working closely with the operations team
  • Effective management of the sales process
  • Hosting client events and entertaining/socialising with prospects/clients
  • Building, managing and motivating a sales team and branch

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous B2B sales experience / strong B2B sales background with proven track record
  • Business Development and Account Management
  • Networking and meeting new contacts
  • Building and managing a sales team
  • Strong work ethic

Package:

  • Basic Salary of £50k-£55k per annum (negotiable depending on experience) initially and then increasing as you successfully build your new branch
