An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for a Head of Sales (with a structured pathway leading to a Chief Commercial Officer role) for a Cardiff based SaaS company.
You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets. This is a hands-on sales leader position, where you will be a natural hunter of new business across the UK and look to build a sales team around you as the business expands. A very rewarding and flexible role within an exciting business that is offering an equity package for the right candidate.
- Initiate sales opportunities and hunt for qualified prospects (predominantly enterprise sales).
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting the company's key sectors.
- Execute a complex, solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups & top-(C)level decision makers.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead identification through customer relationship management and deal closure.
- Provide sales forecasts and reporting to the Board.
5+ years B2B sales experience in solution based sales, preferably SaaS sales.
- Extensive experience of working in a client facing, strategic sales role.
- Full UK driving licence as some occasional travel will be expected.
- Platform sales experience.
Basic salary of £70,000-£75,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience), uncapped bonus structure, structured pathway to becoming CCO (Chief Commercial Officer), flexible and remote working, great benefits package including Company Pension Scheme, Company Electric Car Scheme, 25 days annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays), plus more!
