Job Title: Operations Director / Second-in-Command
Overview:
Our client are a growing, multi-site estate agency group with a strong sales and lettings portfolio and ambitious plans for expansion through a partner agent model. We are seeking a highly capable, execution-driven leader to act as the founder’s right hand – bringing operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the business scales without losing its entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the Senior Leadership Team across Sales, Lettings, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
- Implement systems and processes to improve performance, accountability, and scalability.
- Own and deliver strategic projects from conception to completion.
- Partner with the founder to refine, challenge, and execute ideas.
- Be the operational heartbeat of the business, ensuring momentum and results.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience scaling a service-based, multi-site business.
- Strong operational and systems implementation skills.
- Gravitas, credibility, and the ability to inspire teams.
- High follow-through and a relentless execution mindset.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Estate agency or similar sector experience desirable, but not essential.
