JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Lead the project that will transition the existing Learning Management System (LMS) for the Greystar Europe and APAC organisation to Workday Learning (WDL). Ensure a smooth and efficient transition with minimal disruption to ongoing and future training activities by leveraging own expertise in Workday Learning and understanding of European and APAC compliance and training requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Be the EU / APAC Subject Matter Expert on WDL and manage the project to meet the specific needs of the EU and APAC organisation.
- Hold the End User (Team Members and People Managers) experience front and centre of decision making to optimise WDL capabilities.
- Work in partnership with US HRIS Team to collaboratively implement the comprehensive project plan.
- Manage stakeholders’ requirements, provide documentation / information for decision-making and sign-off.
- Analyse current learning provision (content and set up) to understand existing learning environment and minimise change impact in configuration decisions.
- Configure and customise Workday Learning to meet the specific needs of the EU and APAC organisation, accounting for the usage habits of the existing LMS to minimise change impact.
- Conduct data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Conduct content integration for the existing suite of content (both in-house and outsourced), ensuring seamless access and usability.
- Ensure compliance and mandatory training is accurately set up with effective monitoring and reporting in line with EU and APAC regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the transition process and system configuration.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Develop and deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.
- Assist with change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Workday Learning across the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Workday Learning as the project unfolds and recommend improvements.
Role scope:
Reports to the Senior Director, Talent Development and can be based in our EU HQ in London or in a regional office in The Hague/Paris/Madrid and will require travel as appropriate.

- EU and APAC Talent Development team, operating within the Global People and Culture Team.

Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrable success achieved in previous Learning Technology roles.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing the Workday Learning module.
- Experienced and proficient in the use of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders).
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading system transitions.
- Proficiency in data migration and system configuration.
- Expertise with content integration across LMS platforms.
- Proven ability to train and support end-users, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills resulting in impactful influence and consensus.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Pro Certification in Workday Learning is highly desirable.
