JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Ensures a seamless transition from day to night operations, contributing to an exceptional 24/7 resident experience through outstanding customer service, safety, and cleanliness within the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates core values as a role model at all times.
- Provides reception, administrative support, and exceptional customer service, including key management and handling lockouts.
- Implements company policies and procedures effectively, such as guest procedures and out-of-hours check-in/check-out.
- Responds to booking inquiries and ensures proper handover for next-day follow-up to maintain full occupancy.
- Supports social events and activities, encouraging resident engagement and assisting with retention efforts.
- Prepares and communicates timely updates between day and night teams, ensuring effective handovers of resident issues.
- Responds promptly to customer complaints, resolving disputes or escalating as necessary with appropriate support.
- Maintains common areas, ensuring the property is presented to high standards through cleaning, litter removal, and spill management.
- Addresses minor maintenance issues and reports tenant faults when unable to resolve immediately.
- Investigates basic maintenance problems, such as lock reprogramming, heating issues, power supply problems, and leak repairs.
- Ensures a safe and secure environment, responding to safety and maintenance calls appropriately.
- Prioritizes health and safety for oneself and colleagues.
- Documents issues during the night in the handover/security log and reports incidents to the Community Manager.
- Handles incidents with emergency services when necessary, following proper procedures.
- Maintains incident logs and reports trends or recurring behaviors.
- Fosters positive relationships with neighbors, local communities, police, fire services, and authorities.
- Adheres to health and safety, data protection, and compliance standards at all times.
- Conducts room and communal area inspections as required.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake all reasonable duties.
