Greystar is seeking an Estates Facilities Manager to lead hands-on delivery of facilities and maintenance across assigned properties and estates, supervising on-site technicians and ensuring safety, compliance, and value. You will coordinate a wider technical delivery team and handle day-to-day estate operations, budgets, contractor management, and service standards.
You will collaborate with operational, development, legal and finance teams and report to the Senior Commercial and Estates.
