Greystar is seeking a proactive maintenance operative to join our Community team in Greater London. You will carry out repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment, focusing on safety, quality and timely work with contractors and tenants.
You will inspect common areas, manage stock, supervise contractors, and ensure statutory checks, PAT, emergency lighting, and fire safety testing are performed.
