Greystar 3rd Party is one of the fastest growing Build to Rent ("BTR") operators in the UK with over 9,000 apartments across multiple sites either operating or in our delivery pipeline. These assets are typically large‐scale mixed‐use schemes with up to 675 units in a single site including not just BTR but also commercial offices, retail, F&B & public realm.

This is a crucial role within Greystar 3rd Party marketing. The successful candidate will support the delivery of marketing strategy and coordinate marketing activity for a number of our assets, alongside a team of market‐leading in‐house staff and agencies. This role will allow the successful candidate to develop their skills within core marketing disciplines when seeing campaigns through from conception to completion. This role is suited to a creative and organised marketing professional looking for a varied and fast‐paced role. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a passion for creating memorable experiences and driving community engagement.

This role will be based in Manchester (Waterhouse, 41 Spring Gardens, M2 2BG).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution of industry‐leading marketing plans for BTR assets
  • Driving quality, relevant enquiries through digital channels, ensuring all marketing content is up to date and managed in a creative, engaging and timely manner
  • Assisting with the tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Coordinating marketing deliverables from start to finish, ensuring activity is delivered on time and in line with agreed budgets
  • Content writing for websites, email marketing and campaigns
  • Social media content planning, implementation and measurement
  • Social media community management to build digital communities with soul
  • Supporting influencer and email marketing activity, including implementation and reporting
  • Supporting brand rollout, inclusive of signage, brand touchpoints and digital asset creation
  • Creation of collateral for web and print, alongside designers
  • Assisting with signage projects
  • Building relationships and working collaboratively with local partners to execute community‐centric campaigns
  • Supporting budget tracking and reporting
  • Management of CMS systems
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of Community and Placemaking Events
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Assisting with Senior Leadership Team reporting
  • Supporting the development of online presence across assets
  • Acting as a key point of contact for agencies and internal stakeholders

About You

You're a creative, consumer‐focused marketer with experience bringing exciting brand campaigns to life across digital and consumer channels. Confident presenting ideas and building strong relationships, you combine great communication and copywriting skills with solid marketing know‐how and a clear understanding of what makes brands connect. Organised, ambitious, and full of ideas, you thrive in fast‐paced environments, juggle projects with ease, and love pushing creative boundaries while delivering campaigns that make an impact.
