The Marketing Executive supports our UK Multifamily Customer Marketing Team in delivering marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting leasing efforts to ensure strong offline and online brand presence and high occupancy across our properties. You will work closely with the wider Marketing Teams and external agencies to execute marketing tasks. In this role, you will be working across Greystar’s UK Multifamily brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional looking to develop their career in real estate and lifestyle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working from brief through delivery, optimisation and post-campaign reporting.
- Create and manage content for digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
- Analyse performance data and proactively recommend improvements to maximise lead quality, leasing outcomes and ROI.
- Digital & Social Media Management
- Lead social media content planning and creative direction in collaboration with onsite teams, who manage day-to-day posting and community management.
- Oversee the quality, consistency and performance of social media content across brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews, including monthly KPI and reporting sessions with onsite teams to assess results, insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Review, audit, update and maintain websites, ensuring property listings, imagery/videography, blog content and key pages are accurate, SEO-optimised and deliver a strong user experience.
- Content Creation & Management
- Develop high-quality, engaging and on-brand content, including blogs, resident communications, property descriptions, campaign messaging and promotional copy.
- Design marketing assets using Canva, including posters, social media ads, digital signage and other promotional materials, following brand templates and guidelines.
- Manage the briefing and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and signage, working closely with the internal Design Team and external agencies.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, channels and customer touchpoints.
- Leasing & Resident Engagement Support
- Lead in executing marketing tasks to drive occupancy and retention, including 3D models, virtual tours, open house events and referral programs.
- Coordinate resident engagement initiatives such as placemaking & community events.
- Marketing Administration and Finance
- Manage marketing spend tracking across assigned properties.
About You
Proven experience in Marketing and ideally a background in real estate, BTR/PBSA, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. You understand how to make digital channels work hard, from social media and content creation to email campaigns and website updates through CMS platforms. A strong copywriter with a creative eye, you pair great ideas with solid technical skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You’ve got a good grasp of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising, and you use performance insights to keep improving results. Organised, collaborative, and quick to adapt, you thrive in fast-moving environments where teamwork and momentum matter.
