We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager/Room Leader to join Greyson Carter Recruitment, a leading staffing and recruiting company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of early years curriculum and best practices.
