About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Health Physiotherapist working to support employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) and physical health conditions to achieve safe, effective, and sustainable returns to work. You will carry out comprehensive virtual and face-to-face assessments, deliver evidence-based treatment, and produce clear, objective reports outlining fitness for work, functional capacity, and workplace adjustment recommendations. You will play a key role in reducing work absence and promoting long-term wellbeing.

Work Pattern: 1/2 days on site per week

Main Duties

  • Conduct thorough MSK assessments and deliver accurate diagnosis and treatment plans (remote and face-to-face).
  • Provide clear, detailed fitness-for-work reports and workplace adjustment advice.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy and functional restoration programmes.
  • Conduct DSE and workplace assessments, identifying contributing risk factors.
  • Provide supported self-management guidance and follow-up reviews.
  • Maintain clinical objectivity and professional impartiality in line with occupational health standards.
  • Apply a bio-psychosocial model to address barriers to recovery and return to work.
  • Promote safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

Recognised Physiotherapy qualifications.
