We are seeking a clinician to join a community-based specialist care home that supports individuals with dementia, neuro-disabilities (including brain injuries and Huntington's disease), mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. Working as an autonomous professional, you will be responsible for a clinical caseload without direct supervision. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team alongside Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
