About the role

I'm currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Occupational Health Physiotherapist to join a leading occupational health provider delivering services across multiple sites in the South East. This is an onsite role that will require significant travel. You will be going to sites including Gatwick, Euston, Bethnal Green East London, and Dartford. All travel will be reimbursed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with a strong MSK background who is looking to expand their experience within occupational health, ergonomics, workplace assessments, and employee rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • MSK assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Fitness-for-work assessments and return-to-work planning
  • Workplace ergonomic and DSE assessments
  • Delivering rehabilitation programmes and exercise classes
  • Providing recommendations on workplace adjustments
  • Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary occupational health team

Essential Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience
  • At least 2 years specialising in MSK physiotherapy
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload

Desirable

  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
