Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their UK-wide team in Belfast, supporting employees across two site locations. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative Occupational Health environment.
The ideal arrangement would be for candidates to work across two Belfast sites, with a preference for two days on each site. For candidates seeking additional hours or a more flexible working pattern, there is the opportunity for remote working focused on case management, alongside site-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case management
- Managing sickness absence
- Supporting return-to-work processes
- Conducting floor walks to identify workplace risks and issues
- Carrying out health surveillance, health promotion, and wellbeing activities
