Sales Executive

We’re working with a well-established outsourced sales and marketing partner that supports a wide range of UK and international clients across multiple industries. They offer a unique opportunity for a talented sales professional to grow their career in a varied, fast-paced environment. This is not a scripted call centre role — it\’s a chance to be part of a consultative sales team where you\’ll work closely with marketing experts, represent clients across sectors, and develop a highly transferable skillset. THE ROLE As a Sales Executive, you\’ll manage the full sales journey on behalf of various clients — from outbound prospecting to closing sales. You’ll become a trusted extension of each client\’s business, adapting quickly to different sectors and contributing to real commercial growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads * Managing follow-ups from digital marketing campaigns * Owning the full sales pipeline: outreach, follow-up, and closing * Joining client calls and meetings as a professional representative * Collaborating with internal marketing teams to enhance lead quality * Building lasting relationships with decision-makers * Keeping accurate records and updating CRM systems regularly WHAT WE\’RE LOOKING FOR * 2+ years\’ experience in telesales or outbound sales * Strong communication skills and a professional, engaging phone manner * Fast learner with the ability to understand and sell a wide range of services * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using digital tools/CRMs * Self-motivated, well-organised, and adaptable * Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred WHY APPLY? * £26,000 – £28,000 basis salary + OTE £35,000 * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (no weekends) * 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training and tailored onboarding for each client * Work alongside sales and marketing professionals * Clear progression pathways and performance-based pay reviews * Supportive, values-driven culture * Free on-site parking INTERESTED?
