Location: Rickmansworth, with some travel in London Type: Full-time | Permanent Salary: £36,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Emergency & Acute Care
  • Provide onsite emergency response and first‑line treatment
  • Assess and manage a range of injuries and acute presentations
  • Participate in emergency response training and preparedness
  • Clinical & Treatment Services
  • Run nurse‑led clinics, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Deliver evidence‑based care in a professional and well‑structured environment
  • Support employees with appropriate clinical advice, treatment and onward referral where required
  • Health Screening & Surveillance
  • Carry out pre‑employment and safety‑critical medicals
  • Deliver health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry and HAVS assessments
  • Support drug and alcohol testing
  • Undertake fitness‑for‑work assessments
  • Wellbeing & Prevention
  • Deliver health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
  • Provide lifestyle advice and support long‑term health improvements
  • Deliver engaging health talks and health education sessions

About You

Essential

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN
  • Confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable travelling to sites across London when required

Desirable

  • Previous Occupational Health experience
  • Experience delivering health surveillance or workplace medicals
  • Experience in emergency response or first aid provision
