Location: Rickmansworth, with some travel in London Type: Full-time | Permanent Salary: £36,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Emergency & Acute Care
- Provide onsite emergency response and first‑line treatment
- Assess and manage a range of injuries and acute presentations
- Participate in emergency response training and preparedness
- Clinical & Treatment Services
- Run nurse‑led clinics, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
- Deliver evidence‑based care in a professional and well‑structured environment
- Support employees with appropriate clinical advice, treatment and onward referral where required
- Health Screening & Surveillance
- Carry out pre‑employment and safety‑critical medicals
- Deliver health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry and HAVS assessments
- Support drug and alcohol testing
- Undertake fitness‑for‑work assessments
- Wellbeing & Prevention
- Deliver health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
- Provide lifestyle advice and support long‑term health improvements
- Deliver engaging health talks and health education sessions
About You
Essential
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN
- Confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable travelling to sites across London when required
Desirable
- Previous Occupational Health experience
- Experience delivering health surveillance or workplace medicals
- Experience in emergency response or first aid provision
