The Role
Working on-site, you will play a key role in supporting employee health and wellbeing through the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team to help individuals recover from injury, remain in work and return to work safely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Delivering evidence-based rehabilitation programmes for work-related and non-work-related MSK conditions.
- Providing fitness for work advice and recommending appropriate workplace adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
