Physiotherapist Location: Middlesex Salary: Competitive & Negotiable Job Type: Permanent, 3 or 4 days per week (must include Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays) – 8 am – 4 pm Key Responsibilities: Deliver accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and disorders. Classify clinical MSK disorders in terms of their relation to work activities. Generate reports for Management outlining the employee’s fitness for work and necessary adjustments to their role, whether short-term, long-term, or permanent. Lead onsite exercise classes aimed at rehabilitating employees with musculoskeletal injuries. Communicate effectively with the wider occupational health team to ensure a collaborative approach. Carry out Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments and provide preventative advice to reduce the risk of MSK disorders. Recommend necessary changes or equipment following a DSE assessment. Identify workplace hazards that could contribute to musculoskeletal ill health and assess their risks. Partner with Safety Health & Environment advisors to conduct ergonomic risk assessments and identify potential risks to employees. Inform the wider OH team of any required changes to work practices or the working environment on a short or long-term basis. Facilitate the effective rehabilitation of airport staff with MSK disorders, regardless of the cause. Maintain comprehensive assessment and treatment records. Collect statistical data for report generation and contribute to or run health promotion events
