Job Description

Occupational Health Advisor – Home-Based (with travel to Bristol)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Greys are working with a leading provider of Occupational Health and Wellbeing services who are expanding their national team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be part of a supportive, values-driven organisation that genuinely invests in its people and is committed to enhancing the health of the UK workforce.

Duties:

You will work primarily from home, supporting a variety of client contracts through remote case management, with some on-site work as required.

  • Undertaking case management assessments
  • Carrying out health surveillance, pre-placement assessments, and fitness-for-work medicals
  • Conducting workplace assessments and advising on health risks
  • Supporting employees with both physical and mental health concerns
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional occupational health services

What You Will Need:

Registered General Nurse (NMC registered)

Occupational Health qualification

Experience in a similar Occupational Health Advisor role

Willingness to travel locally when required
