Key Responsibilities: Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment Additional Aspects of the Role: Visit different departments within the business to support employees on-site Work as part of a friendly, UK-wide Occupational Health team Essential Skills & Experience: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health) Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach What’s on Offer?
