Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to head a specialist paediatric service in Norfolk. This is a pivotal role combining expert clinical delivery with high-level advocacy within the SEND Tribunal process.

  • Clinical: 1 day per week in a specialist school setting + community-based interventions.
  • Consultation: Remote/Home-based telephone consultations.
  • Expert Witness: Dedicated home-working time for specialist report writing and attendance at SEND Tribunals (Virtual Attendance).

Key Requirements

  • Registration: HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Specialism: Minimum 2 years' experience in Paediatrics with a focus on ASD/ADHD.
  • Qualifications: Post-graduate Sensory Integration (SI) training is essential.
  • Skills: Proven experience in writing high-level clinical reports; experience with Tribunals is highly desirable.
  • Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Norfolk.
