We're recruiting on behalf of a growing professional services business that has built an outstanding reputation for supporting businesses across the UK with specialist financial consultancy services.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Client Success & Finance Manager to join their team in Salford Quays.

The Role
As Client Success & Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the client journey once projects have been completed, ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from invoicing through to ongoing account management.
You'll become the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication, supporting future opportunities and ensuring a seamless service at every stage.
Working closely with the commercial, finance and operations teams, you'll help maximise client retention, encourage repeat business and contribute to the continued growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client journey from project completion through to invoice payment.
- Prepare, issue and reconcile invoices using Xero.
- Monitor accounts receivable and carry out professional credit control.
- Maintain accurate financial records and client information across internal systems.
- Keep CRM records, documentation and communications up to date.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and ongoing support.
- Gather client feedback, testimonials and online reviews.
- Promote referral opportunities and identify additional services where appropriate.
- Schedule regular client reviews and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Encourage repeat business through proactive account management.
- Work closely with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with numbers.
You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising on quality or customer service.
You'll ideally have experience in
- Client success or customer account management.
- Finance administration or accounts receivable.
- Credit control.
- Professional services or financial services.
- CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office.
Experience using Xero would be highly advantageous, although training can be provided.
