We’re working with a leading digital publishing business with a strong portfolio across home, interiors and lifestyle content. Their brands span web, social and newsletters, serving highly engaged audiences from aspirational homeowners through to affluent renovation and design audiences. They’re looking for a commercially sharp Media Sales Executive/Digital Sales & Partnerships Executive to take ownership of digital revenue growth across native advertising, sponsored content, partnerships and affiliate channels.

This is a performance-led role where you’ll be expected to actively build pipeline, convert new business, and grow existing accounts across brands and agencies.

The role in detail:

  • You’ll be responsible for driving revenue across established digital platforms, with a focus on monetising audience engagement through commercial partnerships.
  • Key areas of responsibility include:
    • Developing a deep understanding of the digital brands, their editorial positioning, and commercial propositions
    • Identifying, developing and closing new partnership and revenue opportunities
    • Managing and growing existing commercial relationships to maximise long-term revenue
    • Delivering against individual and product revenue targets consistently
    • Driving income through native advertising, sponsored content, affiliate and partnership models
    • Building a strong pipeline of brands, agencies and direct advertisers
    • Acting as the main commercial contact for clients and ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout
    • Continuously improving commercial offerings through market research and awareness of digital trends
    • Staying across best practice in native, affiliate and performance-based monetisation strategies

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record in digital media sales or partnerships, consistently delivering against revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPA) and affiliate marketing
  • Experience selling native advertising, content partnerships or integrated digital solutions
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities proactively
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across brands and agencies
  • Ideally, an established network within digital media, agencies or brand-side marketing teams
