A respected and growing personal insolvency specialist is seeking an experienced IVA Administrator to join their team. This is a key operational role within the business, supporting the end-to-end administration of Meetings of Creditors (MOCs) for Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), ensuring all processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. The Role

As an IVA Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and execution of Meetings of Creditors, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed correctly and in line with the Insolvency Act, IVA Protocol and internal governance standards. You will support the insolvency team in managing creditor interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring meetings run smoothly and outcomes are recorded and reported correctly. This role offers flexibility around scheduled MOC activity and provides the opportunity to work within a structured, supportive and professional insolvency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Meetings of Creditors for IVA proposals and variations.
  • Present and explain IVA proposals clearly to creditors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all creditor interactions and meeting outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation required for MOCs.
