Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a growing contractor delivering construction and refurbishment projects across commercial, industrial and FMCG environments. We are recruiting an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to support multiple projects and help maintain consistently high standards across the business.
This is not a development role for someone looking to move into Health and Safety for the first time. Applicants must already have experience working as an HSE Advisor, alongside a strong background in construction and refurbishment projects. Experience within FMCG or another live operational environment is also essential.
You must understand the additional controls required when construction or refurbishment work is being completed alongside an operational workforce, production process, client team or occupied facility.
The role involves working closely with site teams, management and clients, promoting a positive safety culture and providing practical HSE support across multiple projects.
