  • Working closely with account managers and internal teams to maximise customer growth
  • Supporting marketing activity, product launches, promotions, exhibitions and customer meetings
  • Maintaining strong communication between customers, production and internal departments
  • Supporting compliance around textile standards, chain of custody documentation and product traceability

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is motivated by customer service, commercial growth and exceeding targets. You should be confident managing conversations at multiple levels, able to build rapport quickly, and comfortable selling in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You will ideally have:

  • At least 2 years’ sales experience
  • A proven track record of winning and onboarding new customers
  • Experience within apparel, accessories, garment decoration, branded products, retail supply or a related sector

  • A consultative approach to managing customer relationships
  • Confidence negotiating with customers and internal teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness around pricing, margins and customer service

Package:

  • £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Full-time onsite position
  • Opportunity to work across UK retail, apparel and product-led markets
